By engaging HSQ Travel & Tours for visa consultancy or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
We provide visa consultancy, document preparation, and related travel support. We do not issue visas — the decision rests entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate. We make no guarantee of approval.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. Misrepresentation, forgery, or omission of material facts may lead to refusal, bans, or legal action by the issuing authority — for which we cannot be held responsible.
Our consultancy fees are payable as agreed at the start of each engagement. Government, embassy, biometric, and partner fees are payable separately and are non-refundable. Consultancy fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless explicitly stated in writing.
Indicative timelines are based on each embassy's published norms. Actual processing times depend on the issuing authority and are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any service is limited to the consultancy fees received from you for that engagement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
